How long does a typical computer repair take?
Most repairs — including screen replacements, RAM upgrades, and virus removal — are completed the same day or within 24 hours. More complex issues such as data recovery or motherboard repairs may take 2–3 business days. We'll always give you an estimated timeframe upfront.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. All repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. If the same fault reoccurs within that period, we'll fix it at no extra cost. Custom PC builds come with a 6-month build warranty.
What brands and types of computers do you repair?
We repair all major brands including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, Apple (Mac), Microsoft Surface, and more — both laptops and desktops. If you're unsure, just give us a call and we'll let you know straight away.
Do you sell refurbished computers and what condition are they in?
Yes! All refurbished computers are professionally cleaned, tested, and restored to factory settings before sale. Each unit is graded and sold with a warranty. We only sell units we'd be happy to use ourselves.

An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) covers scheduled check-ups, priority service, and most repair labour for your computers throughout the year at a fixed annual fee. It is ideal for home users, small businesses, and offices with multiple systems who want predictable IT costs and faster response times.
